Vietnamese Catholic Family Mutual Assistance Network Inc. (ViCaFaMAN) is a non-profit organisation established on 17 November 2011 by twelve founding members at St Ignatius’ Church, 326 Church Street, Richmond, Victoria.
The Association operates exclusively within Victoria, with four offices located across the state—East, West, South, and North. While rooted in Catholic values, we warmly welcome Vietnamese individuals of all faiths.
The Executive Committee meets monthly, and the Extended Executive Committee (including all regional and specialised committees) meets every two months.
Thanksgiving Mass followed by an Annual General Meeting (AGM) held once a year in September or October.
Our primary goal is to support families of deceased members by helping them cover some of funeral costs. This is made possible through the contributions of our living members.
Today, we have around 2,400 members across Victoria, with one-third of them being non-Catholic.
